Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, although a bit small compared to the size of the furniture. The service, especially under pressure, was exceptional, from the valet manager to all the associates. The location was perfect for exploring the sites and monuments in the area, within walking distance to the White House and great restaurants. The dining experience was superb, offering a variety of fresh choices. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room size considerations.
The hotel offers amazing views over the city from the comfortable rooms, but they tend to be a bit small. The service, though, can be marked by unfriendliness and rudeness, especially at the front desk. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions conveniently.
The hotel was ideally located in Washington, close to all the memorials, museums, and interesting buildings, making it excellent for sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, overlooking a small park. The staff provided exceptional service, welcoming guests with convenience and sweetness. However, the dining was less impressive and overpriced. The overall value for money was not ideal due to the high cost compared to the experience offered.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, as it had high-quality, spacious rooms with amazing views over the city. The service was consistently courteous and friendly, although there was a matter of waiting for assistance at times. The location, being close to the White House and a shopping area, was definitely a highlight of my stay. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with one meal being tragically overcooked but redeemed by the delicious and free options for my son. Overall, the hotel offered a great experience, with just a few areas to improve on.
My stay at the hotel was overall good. The room had a great view of the WW1 memorial and a nice bay window, but the check-in process was a bit slow, leaving me waiting in the lobby for nearly 5 hours. However, once in the room, it was spacious with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed, although there were a couple of spots of blood on one pillow. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive at $28 per person, and parking was steep at $63 per night.
